I had an lovely stay at this heritage hotel. the warm and cute staff made me feel like royalty. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the location was both convenient and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. my experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.
No negatives from this place.

The hotel had a great breakfast selection and friendly service. Its location was perfect - just a short walk from many popular tourist spots. The hotel also had a pool which was a nice perk to relax in during the hot afternoons.
The rooms could use some updates, especially the bathrooms which were outdated. On a few nights we had trouble with hot water in the shower.

Located in a peaceful area with fast access to city hotspots, the hotel staff were friendly and quick to provide assistance, and the decor was stylish and unique. the rooftop terrace offered stunning views and the perfect spot to relax with a drink after a day of exploring.
Although the food was good, the menu choices were limited. Some of the facilities we expected were not available in the room and the cleanliness could be improved.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious. the location was convenient and quiet, with several nearby attractions. Guests enjoyed the quirky decor and the rooftop terrace. Complimentary pick-up was appreciated, and the hotel provided some toiletries.
The hotel needs better maintenance and cleanliness. Some facilities, such as the swimming pool and restaurant, were not always available.
